Abstract
Objective To explore the method and effect of laparoscopic multiple organ surgery. Method The clinical data of 32 cases with laparoscopic multiple organ surgery were reviewed. Results 32 cases were operated successfully, without no operative complications, the operative time was 40 ～ 120 minutes, with an average 83.8 mins, including (Laparoscopic appendectomy) LA in 12 cases, LA+ ovarian cyst in 3 cases, LC+laparoscopic ovarian cyst and hysteromyoma in 7cases, LC+laparoscopic unroofing of liver and renal cyst in 5 cases, and laparoscopic treatment of abdominal adhesion in 5 cases. Conclusion Laparoscopic multiple organ surgery has significant benefits to patients such as decreasing postoperative pain and trauma to the abdominal wall, reducing the time of anesthesia, operation and hospitalization, saving cost, and has the good application value.关键词
