Abstract
Objective To retrospectively analyze the glucolipid metabolism in patients with liver cirrhosis after treatment with recombinant growth hormone. Methods We analyzed the triglycerides (TG) , serum total cholesterol (TCH), fasting blood sugar (FBS), serum insulin (FINS) and insulin resistance index (IRS) in 64 patients with liver cirrhosis after treatment with recombinant growth hormone from January 2007 to June 2009.Results There was no statistically significant difference in each test index of patients with liver cirrhosis between before and after treatment. There was a statistically significant difference in glucolipid metabolism between patients with liver cirrhosis in different courses according to the Child-pugh grading. Conclusion Shortterm,small doses of recombinant growth hormone auxiliary treatment has no obvious effect on the glucolipid metabolism of patients with liver cirrhosis.关键词
