利托君治疗早产32例临床观察

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effects and side effects of Ritodrine ( β 2-adrenergic receptor stimulant) for depressing uterine contraction and treating the prematurity. Methods 32 cases of threatened premature labor pregnant women were randomly distributed into groups according to gestational weeks and uterine orifice opening. The least concentration of Ritodrine was applied to depress uterine contraction and discontinued at the right moment with multiple intermittent application if pathogenetic condition repeated, t test was used to statistically anlyze the time from medication to uterine contraction inhibition extension of gestational age after medication. Meanwhile, the blood levels of potassium, sodium, chlorine, and glucose, and systolic pressure, and diastolic pressure were mornitored, and analyzed by x2 test. Results Uterine contraction was inhibited after using Ritodrine within 12 h. Serious side effects were found yet. There were no significant changes in the blood levels of potassium, sodium, chlorine, and glucose, and systolic pressure, and diastolic pressure. Conclusion Conclusion Ritodrine is an effective inhibiter to prevent and treat the preterm labour.关键词
