摘要

Abstract

In this paper, in view of a refractory intergrown and associated Cu -S Ore, the test process of copper flotation in high alkaline solution and sulphur flotation in no sulfuric acid was utilized. The tailings from flotation of copper was investigated in high alkaline ( pH > 11 ) solution by comparing the flotation effect of several activators for sulphur, such as AS1, AS2 , X, QY - 319 etc. The results showed that copper concentrate of Cu 18.46% with a recovery of 72.16% and sulphur concentrate of S 48.14% with a recovery of 93.72% were obtained when adopting X as activator. And cleaner production technology for sulphur flotation was implemented.
