Abstract
The serious lack of the qualified general practice in rural communities has been the critical factor restraining the sustainable development of the health service in rural areas in China Therefore, it has been of the most importance in medical education reform of the local colleges to cultivate high - quality general practitioners for the rural communities in multi - ways and multi - levels.Huzhou Teachers College, entrusted by the municipal government, is the first to set up the research and practice on free and orientationl training of general practitioners for rural communities.Oriented by the need of the rural community health services, we have systematically designed the culture program for the targeted - training of general practitioners for rural communities, explored and constructed the new pattern of " co - education by college and local movement" for the cultivation of talents.And thus we innovate the sustainable development system of targeted - training of general practitioners for rural communities, providing a theoretical evidence and a practical guidance for the targeted - training of general practitioners for rural communities, and developing a new way for the free and orientational training of general practitioners for rural communities in Zhejiang province.关键词
