海南黄灯笼辣椒HPLC特征图谱研究
Study on HPLC Specific Chromatogram of Capsicum chinense Jacq. in Hainan Province
摘要
Abstract
[Objective]The aim was to establish HPLC specific chromatogram for the scientific evaluation and effective identification of Hainan Capsicum chinense Jacq. [ Method]These Hainan Capsicum chinense Jacq were collected in two seasons in six regions respectively. And their fingerprints were examined by high-performance liquid chromatography. Chromatography conditions:HPLC was performed on C18 column with methanol-water-phosphoric acid (70∶30∶0. 1 ) as mobile phase at flow rate of 1.0 ml/min. The detection wavelength was 281 nm. [ Result] The HPLC specific chromatogram of Hainan Capsicum chinense Jacq. was established preliminarily. [ Conclusion ] HPLC specific chromatogram method was repeatable and could be used in quality assessment of Hainan Capsicum chinense Jacq.关键词
