摘要

Abstract

[ Objective]The research aimed to screen microbial flocculant-producing strain of high flocculating activity,the morphology of flocculant-producing strain and the optimum culture condition were studied. [Method ] Some strains of flocculant-producing microorganism with flocculating activity were screened from soil ,activated sludge ,food factory wastewater and landfill leachate. Some of strains of flocculant-producing microorganism with high-flocculating activity were isolated by enrichment culture,plate method,purified culture and secondary screening. The morphology of strains was observed by microscope. [ Result] Eight strains of flocculant-producing microorganism with flocculating activity were screened from soil, activated sludge ,food factory wastewater and landfill leachate. Two strains of flocculant-producing microorganism isolated by enrichment culture, plate method, purified culture and secondary screening exceed 90%. By preliminary identification,it is discovered as a rod by microscope.The optimum culture conditions are determined as follows: culture time 56 h,culture temperature 30 ℃ ,rotation speed 150 r/min. [ Conclusion] Under the optimum culture conditions, the strain produces a highly efficient flocculant with 93. 1% of flocculation rate against kaolin suspension.
