Abstract
[ Objective] The dynamics of imidacloprid residue in paddy-field water environment by HPLC was studied in this paper. [ Method]Imidacloprid in the samples was extracted with dichloromethane and detected by HPLC with UV. [ Result ] The average of recoveries were ranged from 89.69% to 92.06%, the standard deviations were from 3.01% to 3.73%, and the coefficients of variation were from 3.79% to 4.46%. The minmium detectable amount of imidacloprid was 1.0 × 10-9 g, and the minimum detectable concentrations in paddy-field water was 0.005 mg/L. The test in Anhui province indicated that the half-lives of imidacloprid was 4.4 days. [ Conclusion] 10% EC imidacloprid was applied in paddy-field; imidacloprid in water was more quickly degradated关键词
