摘要
Abstract
A new preparation method of hydroxyapatite(HA) and silk fibroin(SF) composite powders is proposed. HA/SF composite powders are synthesized from NaH2PO4, CaCl2 and silk fibroin, and are characterized by XRD,SEM and FT-IR test. The effects of the reaction acidity, temporature, time, the amount and the order of silk fibroin added on the HA/SF composite powders are explored and the best conditions are summarized. The improvement of the prepared method can reduce the dissolved temperature of the silk fibroin in order to save energy resources.关键词
