摘要

Abstract

To deal with the photoelectric weft skew detection exits dead ends and low detection precision, the machine vision skew detection method is proposed. The system uses CCD camera to obtain fabric image, and combines with mathematical morphology images to stroke smooth, noise elimination and edge detection, and then uses level Hough transform to detect the weft skew angle of the fabric image. The mathematical morphology and level Hough transform improve the detection speed and accuracy. The experimental results show that this method achieves the detection of high-precision fabric skew angle in the wider range.
