Abstract
Reactive aminosilicone is synthesized by hydrolysis and condensation between linear polydimethylsiloxane and N -β-aminoethyl-γ-aminopropylmethydimethoxysilane using sodium hydroxide as catalyst.The effects of catalyst dosage, the amount of aminosilane coupling agent, the reaction temperature and time on the amine value and viscosity of aminosilicone are investigated.The product is characterized by means of FT- IR and 1H NMR.The results show that the amine value of reative aminosilicone raises with coupling agent dosage increasing; its viscosity increases with coupling agent dosage descending, reaction temperature heighten and time extending,and viscosity changes wavily with catalyst dosage increasing.关键词
