摘要

Abstract

A recognition algorithm of QR code using its symbol characteristic is put forward based on traditional algorithms. Image binarization can reduce process computation, and locates QR code based on its symbol characteristic. Because of mishandling and other reasons, the captured image usually appears geometric deformations. An improved bilinear transform resolves this problem effectively. The algorithm collects the code information through vertical projection of the QR code module one by one. Experimental result shows this improved algorithm is simple and efficient. The recognition time is short and the recognition rate is great under this algorithm.
