Establishment of Performance Appraisal Indicator System for Staff of Community Health Service Centers

Abstract
Three dimensions of performance appraisal for the key posts of community health service centers were identified through four rounds of focus group interviews as follows: quantity of services, quality of services, and satisfaction of community residents.And the performance appraisal indicators of each post were selected with a consideration of the key elements for performance evaluation.The weight of each indicator was calculated by AHP.The standard quantization coefficients of different kinds of services were brought forward with a consideration of the integrated factors including locations, time consumed, technical difficulties and risk, which in turn realize the comparasion among posts and allocation of payment.关键词
