摘要

Abstract

Three dimensions of performance appraisal for the key posts of community health service centers were identified through four rounds of focus group interviews as follows: quantity of services, quality of services, and satisfaction of community residents.And the performance appraisal indicators of each post were selected with a consideration of the key elements for performance evaluation.The weight of each indicator was calculated by AHP.The standard quantization coefficients of different kinds of services were brought forward with a consideration of the integrated factors including locations, time consumed, technical difficulties and risk, which in turn realize the comparasion among posts and allocation of payment.
