Abstract
Objective To investigate the feasibility of carrying out the system of family doctor service in Putuo District of Shanghai, proposing the countermeasures for the existing problems, so as to provide reference and suggestion for exploring the practice of family doctor service model.Methods From February 18 to March 18 2011 questionnaire surveys and seminars were conducted in 10 community health service centers of Putuo District of Shanghai about the feasibility to carry out family doctor service.Results A great progress in community health service in Putuo District communities was made, the general team building had been continuously enhanced, the performance appraisal system had been gradually improved, which was the base to carry out family doctor service.However there were still some problems such as shortage of family doctors, skills needing to be raised, and the supporting policy necessary to be further improved.Conclusion It is recommended that, under the lead of government, to enhance support in policy, make clear of working goal, improve the work content, strengthen personnel cultivation and training, and evaluate scientifically the system of family doctors service.关键词
