Abstract
Objective To evaluate the running status of community health service centers in suburban districts of Shenyang and the possible influencing factors using the TOPSIS method and to address the improvement counter-measures and suggestions.Methods TOPSIS method and the multiple stepwise linear regression was used to carry out comprehensive evaluations on twenty - four community health service centers from four suburban districts of Shenyang and to probe the main influencing factors of their running status.Results The following community health service centers, Suhuxi, Xinchengzi, Yingda, Pingluo, Quanyuan, Jiefang, and Shaling rank the top 7 in the results from TOPSIS evaluation.A total of five factors were introduced into the model, namely the per capita total expenditure, the training radio, the per capita working area and so on.Conclusion The TOPSIS method is simple, practical, and reliable.The government should increase the input for community health service centers , particularly for the training of the health professionals.关键词
