牙鲆鱼肠道鼠李糖乳杆菌P15的分子鉴定与系统发育分析
Identification and Phylogenetic Analysis of Lactobacillus rhamnosus Bacterium P15 from the Gut of Paralichthys olivaceus
摘要
Abstract
[ Objective] The research aimed to investigate the phylogenetic position of a Lactobacillus probiotic strain P15 isolated from the autochthonous flora in gastrointestinal tract of healthy Paralichthys olivaceus. [ Method ] 16SrRNA gene of P15 was sequenced by PCR method and compared with that of the correlative strains from GenBank. Molecular phylogenetic dendrogram was constructed by MEGA(4.0) software based on genetic distance analysis. [ Result ] 16S rRNA gene of P15 was obtained and its accession was AY852248 from GenBank. Molecular phylogenetic dendrogram revealed that strain P15 exhibited the highest levels of similarity to Lactobacillus rhamnosus. [ Conclusion ] The bacterial strain P15 was identified as Lactobacillus rhamnosus.关键词
