摘要
Abstract
Objective To compare the effects of liquid milk and formula milk powder on premature nutrition and growth in clinical application. Methods The clinical data of 89 newborns of weight below 2 000g who were treated in Department of Neonatology of Shaanxi Province People' s Hospital for more than 2 weeks were analyzed retrospectively, and weight gain, parenteral nutrition application length, time for achieving adequate amounts, length of stay, small-for-date infant correcting were studied. Results The differences in length of stay, ratio of small for gestational age ( SGA ) when discharging, the lowest percentage of weight dropping, time for reaching birth weight, weight increasing percentage in hospital, daily average weight gain, and the incidence rate of anaemia, hypoglycemia, electrolyte imbalance, metabolic acidosis, necrotizing enterocolitis syndrome between two groups were not statistically significant ( all P > 0.05 ), but the differences in parenteral nutrition application length ( t = 2. 345 ), time for achieving adequate amounts ( t = 2. 742 ), disease curing rate ( t =3. 919 ), discharge weight ( t =2. 192 ) and lowest weight ( t =2. 798 ) were statistically significant ( all P <0.05 ). Conclusion Liquid milk is better than conventional premature formula milk powder.关键词
