超导可视无痛人流术在终止早期高危妊娠中的分析

Abstract
Objective To explore the accuracy and security of painless artificial abortion guided by ultrasonic visual instrument in terminating early high-risk pregnancy by comparing it with conventional blind painless artificial abortion. Methods Intrauterine pregnant women who received painless artificial abortion in our hospital from December 2008 to June 2010 were selected. There were 310 patients with scar uterus, 64 with uterine malformations (didelphic uterus, septate uterus ) and 98 with uterine mnyoma. The painless artificial abortion guided by ultrasonic visual instrument was performed on 242 cases ( group A ) and conventional blind painless artificial abortion on 230 cases ( group B ). Results The operation time of cases with scar uterus, uterine malformations and uterine myoma in group A was shorter than that of cases in group B, and the differences were statistically significant ( t was 9.82, 4.36 and 3.68 respectively, P＜0.001 ). The blood loss of cases with scar uterus or with uterine malformations in group B was more than that of cases in group A, and the difference were statistically significant ( t was 5.38 and 2.26 respectively, P ＜ 0.05 ). The time of vagina bleeding of cases with scar uterus or with uterine malformations in group A was shorter than that of cases in group B, and the difference was statistically significant ( t was 5.22 and 3.33 respectively, P ＜ 0.001 ). There was no case with complication in group A, but 4 cases ( 1.6％ ) in group B were complicated by incomplete abortion. Conclusion Painless artificial abortion guided by ultrasonic visual instrument to terminate early highrisk pregnancy can effectively reduce operation time, intraoperative blood loss of some cases and time of vagina bleeding. With few complications, the accuracy and security of operation is improved, and it is worth popularizing.关键词
