摘要
Abstract
To investigate the function of oral progesterone ( Yimaxin ) supplementation on ovulation induction.Methods The results of ovulation induction of 160 patients were analyzed ( one periodicity for one patient ), and the dates of ovulation of them were determined by transvaginal ultrasonic ( TVS ) monitoring. Then the patients were randomly divided into two groups, 80 in group A given intramuscular progesterone as luteal-phase support after ovulation and 80 in group B administrating oral progesterone. Dynamic serum progesterone value after ovulation and pregnancy outcomes of two groups were compared. Results There was no significant difference in the dynamic serum progesterone between two groups( t was 0.19, 0.34, 0.70 respectively, all P ＞ 0.05 ). There was no significant difference in pregnancy rate between two groups(x2＝ 0.51, P ＞ 0.05 ). There were 5 patients in group A asking for changing therapeutic schemes because of hip indurations. Conclusion Oral progesterone ( Yimaxin ) supplementation has not only the same effect as intramuscular progestyerone in luteal-phase supplementation on ovulation induction, but better compliance.关键词
