摘要
Abstract
Objective:To compare clinical effects of Fructose-i, 6-diphosphate (FDP) and coenzyme Q10 in treating myocardial damage foBowing neonatal asphyxia. Methods: Using a random number table, a total of 72 cases of myocardial damage following
neonatal asphyxia were assigned into two groups:group A (38 cases) were treated with FDP, and group B (34 cases) were treated with
coenzyme Q10. The clinical outcomes between the two groups were compared including duration of clinical symptoms, changes of healt
rates, ECG and CK-MB, as well as the incidence of hypocalcemia. Results:Therapeutic efficacy of group A and group B were 86.4%
and 85.3% respectively, and this difference between the two groups was not statistically significant (P > 0.05) , while the incidence of
hypocalcemia in group A and group B were 68.4% and 29.4% respectively, which was statistically significant ( P < 0. 01 ).
Conclusion:Both FDP and coenzyme Q10 are found effective in treating myocardial damage foBowing neonatal asphyxia, but FDP is
found to be a risk and an aggravating factor of hypocalcemia. Hence, both have curative effects on myocardial damage, and coenzyme
Q10 is recommended fro' the neonatal patiens with hypocalcemia.关键词
