广东省社区卫生服务中心业务开展情况的调查分析
Service Providing State of Community Health Service Centers in Guangdong Province
摘要
Abstract
Objective To understand the service providing state of community health service centers in Guangdong Province so as to provide reference information for developing community health services.Methods The performance of medical services and basic public health services in Guangdong community health service centers in 2009 was investigated , and the differences in different economic districts were analyzed.Results The total amount of medical services was 50 883 700 of person times in all community health service centers in Guangdong Province in this study , and the average total amount of person - times in medical services was the highest ( 146 300 person - times ) in area of the Pearl River Delta and the lowest in area of its western side ( 15 100 person - times ).The proportion of reported infectious diseases was the highest ( 98.3 ％ ), while the proportion of management for patients with severe psychological diseases was the lowest ( 7.1％ ).The proportion of health record management was the highest ( 11.1％ ) in area of the Pearl River Delta.and the lowest in region of its eastern side ( 4.1％ ).The performance of health education service and management service for patients with chronic diseases was best in area of Pearl River Delta,and worst in area of its eastern side.Conclusion The initial progress on the community health service centers in Guangdong Province has been made.However, there still exist considerahle differences in developing level of community health services among centers of different areas; two - way referral service has not been performed properly.关键词
