原人参二醇和三醇的制备
THE PREPARATION METHOD OF 20(S)-PROTOPANAXADIOL AND 20(S)-PROTOPANAXATRIOL
摘要
Abstract
Total saponins from leaves and stems of panax notoginseng were mixed with strong alkali under non-solvent conditions at 150℃ and purified by extraction, column chromatography to get target products 20 (S)-protopanaxadiol(10％ yield, purity＞90％) and 20(S)-protopanaxatriol (18％ yield, purity＞90％). The method resulted in high yield, was simple, low-costing, could attain mass production of 20(S)-protopanaxadiol and 20(S)-protopanaxatriol.关键词
