Abstract
Objective: To provide a reasonable reference for the clinical usage of antibiotics by analyzing the distribution of common pathogens and their resistance to antimicrobial dings. Methods: One thousand and ninety-six strains of pathogenic bacteria were examined from 5,049 samples. Drug sensitivity test were conducted and SPSS 13.0 was used to analyze the distribution of pathogenic bacteria. Resnlts:Together 1,096 pathogens were detected with the detection ratio of 21.71% , in which Gram-negative bacteria were 64.23%, Gram-positive bacteria were 27.92% and fungi were 7.85%. The most common bacteria were Escherichia coli, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Coagnlase negative staphylococcus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Staphylococcus aureus, Enterobacter cloacae. Statistics of drug sensibility test suggested, Gram-positive bacteria were highly sensitive to vancomycin and teicoplanin. Gram-negatives were highly sensitive to imipenem/cilastatin and meropenem. Conclusions:The drug resistance seriously exists in clinics, therefore,there is an urgent need for the surveillance of bacterial resistance and rational usage of antibiotics.关键词
