小儿手足口病药物治疗调查分析

Abstract
Objective:To study the treatment of hand-foot-month disease and its complications, improve the level of clinical use of dings, ensure the medication safety of patients. Methods: One hundred confirmed cases in our hospital from Jannary to December in 2010 were chosen randomly to perform an analysis of ding use. Results: Hand-foot-mouth disease cases in our hospital was treated mainly by antiviral drugs. Rednning usage was the highest, amounting to 50％. Antibiotic usage rate reached 97％, especially cephalosporins. There existed solne ding abuse and 1 case existed inrrational drug use. Conclusions: Strengthening the rational use of antibiotics is to be effective, safe and cost-effective for the treatment of this disease, and helps to promote children's healthy growth.关键词
