摘要
Abstract
In 1997 , the care - needs certification standards in the long - term care insurance system was passed by the National Diet of Japan.And this law was enforced in April of the year 2000.The law stipulated that all the elder people who are in need of care should undergo the care - needs assessment firstly, and appropriate level of care service would then be provided based on the assessment.In this paper, we introduce the care - needs certification standards system of Japan with the hope to find out the shortage of ours and to provide some useful experience for our future institution reform of long - term care.关键词
