丹参地上部分脂溶性成分研究
Research of Fat-soluble Components in the Aerial Part of Salvia Miltiorrhiza Bge.

Abstract
Objective: To analyze the chemical constituents of fat-soluble components in the aerial part of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge. samples. Methods: The fat-soluble components in the aerial part of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge. were extracted with diethy ether by Soxlet extraction. The fat-soluble components were determined by GC-MS. Results: There were forty fat-soluble components detected, and thirty-one components were identified in the aerial part of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge. , amounting to 89. 90% in the total amounts of extractable substances, respectively. The major fat-soluble components of Salvia miltiorrhiza were found to be γ-sitosterol ( 10. 55% ) , 4,4,6a,6b,8a,ll,ll,14b-Octamethyl-l,4,4a,5,6,6a,6b,7,8,8a,9,10,ll,12,12a,14,14a,14b-octadecahydro-2H-picen-3-One (9.83%), stigmast-4-en-3-one (7.51%), n-Hexadecanoic acid (7.271%), p-Sitosterol (5.20%), a-amyrin (5.01%), tetracosane (4. 72%), friedelin (4. 04%). Conclusions: The chemical components and their relative content in fat-soluble components from Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge. would provide the basis for comprehensive development and utilization of the aerial part of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge.关键词
