摘要
Abstract
Killer cell immunoglobulin-like receptors ( KIR ) are encoded with its ligands, deliver cellular signals, and make natural killer ( NK ) cells response to target cells, which are expressed by NK cells. In the early pregnancy, uteri NK cells assembling on maternal-fetal interface control trophoblast-cells and promote the rebuild of spiral arteries and placentation under the interaction of KIR and ligands, and influence the reproduction and related diseases. In recent years,the structure and function of KIR have been studied extensively. Based on former views, this review discussed the function of KIR in placentation and pregnancy.关键词
