环氧合酶-2及其与宫颈癌关系的研究进展
Progress in research on the correlation between Cox-2 and cervical cancer
摘要
Abstract
Cervical cancer is the most common gynecologic cancer. In recent years, scholars at home and abroad have done a large number of epidemiological studies on the relationship between cyclooxygenase-2 ( Cox-2 ) expression and clinicopathologic characteristics of cervical cancer. More and more informtion implies that Cox-2 participates in the development of tumors, and there is relationship between Cox-2 expression and the clinicopathologic features of cervical cancer. Cox-2 promotes tumor angiogenesis and tumor growth and its ability of metastasis by infuencing the growth of cells, and increases invasive ability of tumor cells, prohibits apoptosis of tumor cells, and infuences immunologic suveillance and prognosis. Adjusting Cox-2 gene expression may become a new target for prevention of cervical cancer. Currently, exploring the pathogenesis of cervical cancer from molecular level and looking for early diagnosis, effective treatment and prognosis have become hot issues concerned by researchers both at home and abroad. The value of specific Cox-2 inhibitor in the prevention and treatment of cervical cancer needs to be confirmed by further studies. In this paper, the features of Cox-2 expression and its correlation with cervical cancer were reviewed.关键词
