舍曲林治疗脑卒中后抑郁50例临床疗效观察

摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the effects of setraline on post - stroke depression ( PSD ).Methods A total of 50 patients with PSD were randomly divided into medicine group ( n = 28 ) and control group ( n = 22 ).The patients in the control group received physical therapy while the patients in the medicine group received an additional setraline treatmeng.All patients were assessed with Hamilton Depression Scale ( HAMD ) before and after treatment.Results HAMD score in the medicine group improved remarkably after both 2 - week and 4 - week setraline treatment ( P ＜ 0.05 ).Conclusion Setraline remarkably improves the conditions of patients with PSD.关键词
