Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effects of comprehensive rehabilitation treatment in patients with dysphagia after cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 105 cerebral infarction patients with dysphagia were randomly divided into the comprehensive rehabilitation group ( n = 61 ) and the control group ( n = 44 ).Both groups received medical treatment for cerebral infarction, intravenous hyperoxic solutions and rehabilitation swallow training.In addition, patients of the comprehensive rehahilitation group underwent the treatment of verbal psychotherapy meter.Efficac: of the two groups was compared.Results In the comprehensive rehabilitation group, the treatment was remarkably effective in 28 cases.effective in 22 cases, and ineffective in 11 cases; in the control group , the treatment was remarkably effective in 15 cases.effective in 13 cases, and ineffective in 16 patients.Significant differences existed in efficacy between the two groups ( P ＜0.05 ).Conclusion Application of verbal psychotherapy meter promotes the recovery of swallow func.tion in post - cerebral infarction patients and comprehensive rehabilitation treatment displays better curative effects in patients with dysphagia after cerebral infarction.关键词
