氯酸钾诱导龙眼成花根系内源激素水平及根系活力的变化
Effects of KClO3 Application on the Changes of Root Endogenous Hormones and Root Activity During Flower Bud Induction of‘Songfengbeng' Longan

Abstract
Potted ‘Songfengben' Longan (Dimocrupus longan lour. cv. Songfengben) trees were treated with potassium chlorate in November to study the changes of endogenous hormones in roots and the root activity. The results showed that after the treatment of 5 g potassium chlorate, the content of CTK and IAA increased, GA3 decreased significantly, ABA increased relatively, and the ratios of CTK/GA3, IAA/GA3 and ABA/GA3 increased in the flower-bud physiological differentiation, thus, the differentiation of flower bud was promoted. In the inst 10 d after the treatment, the root activity of logan trees reduced significantly, then increased gradually, and restored to normal levels after 40 d of treatment.关键词
