野苘蒿变叶病病原物的分子鉴定
Molecular Identification of the Pathogeny of Gynura crepidioides Phyllody Disease in Hainan
摘要
Abstract
A PCR product (about 1.4kb) was amplified by employing phytoplasma universal 16S rRNA gene primers (R16mF2/R16mR1)and total DNA sample extracted from diseased Gynura crepidioides phyllody as the amplified template. Then the amplified fragments were cloned and sequenced. The results of sequences comparison of Blast program in GenBank, construction of phylogenetic tree and analysis of iPhyClassifier indicated that the phytoplasma caused Gynura crepidioides phyllody disease in Hainan belonged to Peanut witches-broom phytoplasma A subgroup(16Sr Ⅱ-A subgroup). This is the first report of phytoplasma in naturally infected Gynura crepidioides.关键词
