摘要

Abstract

Feeding experiments conducted with Leptocybe invasa Fisher & LaSalle females showed that food sources and temperature had significant effect on the longevity of the female.The longevity of the female was only (3.07 ±1.7) days without food source.Water, eucalyptus twigs and pollen suspension did not promote the longevity.20% honey solution increased the longevity to more than 7 days, but honey of different sources(miscellaneous nectar honey/eucalyptus honey)had no significant promotion difference.In addition, in the range of 18~33 ℃, the longevity was prolonged at the beginning and shortened then with the temperature increasing.The optimal range of temperature was 18~27 ℃, the longest longevity of (8.18±3.54) days appeared at 21℃, and temperature above 30 ℃ shortened the longevity significantly.
