摘要

Abstract

Nowadays,high-precision surface grinding machine is an important approach to processing optical aspheric lens. Taking high generality and efficiency into account,this paper develops a machining and measuring system in high-precision surface grinding machine for optical aspheric lens,to achieve high-precision machining for all kinds of optical aspheric lens. The machining and measuring system buik in this paper adopts modular design,uses Delphi 7 as development tool,adopts mixed programming of Delphi 7 and Matlab,finally achieves grinding manufacture,on-position measurement,error compensation and environmental monitoring for optical aspheric lens. The experiment results indicate that the machining and measuring system can meet the demand of precision machining and measurement,and has a high efficiency.
