摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the preventive effect and nursing of hemodialysis hypotension in use of the low temperature sodium curve mode. Methods Select 25 patients who are prone to dialysis hypotension, use low temperature 35℃ soclium curve model of dialysis , record each dialysis blood pressure in the 0.1 ,2 ,3 ,4 h, compare the influence of hemodialysis hypotension when using the low temperature sodium curve mode. Results The incidence of hypotension is significantly lower when using the mode of low temperature sodium curve. Conclusion It helps maintain the hemodynamic stability , reduce the incidence of hypotension, improve the safety of dialysis when using the low temperature sodium curve mode.关键词
