Abstract
Objective To summarize nursing experience on senile pneumonia, for formulating the clinical path of nursing in the senile pneumonia. Methods Adopt the pertinent comprehensive nursing measures to observe patient group, such as: respiratory tract care, oral care, psychological care, nutrition support, health guidance, observe role of systematic and standard play a role to promote clinical rehabilitation. Results Compared with the past, by taking the systematic and standard clinical nursing, advanced age patients with senile pneumonia significantly accelerate the clinical rehabilitation, and there is significant statistical difference ( P ＜ 0.01 ). Conclusion Aiming at pathophysiological features of senile pneumonia, taking the integrated nursing measures, can be good for patients with rehabilitation and prevention of complications. And have a positive role in increasing cure rate and quality of life of patients, and improving lung function.关键词
