巴西橡胶树胶乳化学成分的GC-MS分析
Analysis of Chemical Components of the Latex from Hevea brasiliensis by GC-MS

Abstract
Chemical constituents of chloroform and ethyl acetate extract of the latex from Hevea brasiliensis were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MC), and identified by their mass spectra, their relative percentage was calculated from the GC peak areas. Thirty-three compounds were identified from chloroform extract, accounting for 78.90%of the total detected constituents. Forty-six compounds were identified from ethyl aectate extract, accounting for 90.15%of the total detected constituents. Five terpenes τ-cadinol, (Z) -farnesol,squalene, cycloartenol, and 24-methylenecycloartanol and four sterols γ-sitosterol, β-stigmasterol, campesterol,isofucosterol play a role as the intermediate or the end product in mevalonate pathway which is the pathway of rubber biosynthesis. Those terpenes and sterols have certain medicinal function except 24-methylenecycloartanol.Especially squalene, has become the research focus in natural medicine because of its anticarcinogenic, antioxidant and anti-infection activities.关键词
