摘要

Abstract

A method of ultra performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (UPLCMS/MS) has been developed for the determination of albendzole(ABZ) and its metabolites, alben-dazole sulfoxide (ABZSO), albendazole sulfone (ABZSO2) and albendazole aminosulfone (ABZ-2-NH2SO2) in grass carp meat. The samples were extracted with alkaline ethyl acetate and cleaned up by n-hexane. Chromatographic separation was achieved by UPLC and the detection was performed by tandem mass spectrometry using deuterated isotope internal standard. The UPLC-MS/MS analysis was rapid and can be achieved in less than 4 min. In the range of 0.1-10 μg/kg, the analytes were in good linearity, and the correlation coefficients were 0. 9991-0. 9996. The recoveries of ABZ, ABZSO, ABZSO2 and ABZ-2-NH2SO2 spiked at levels of 0. 5-5. 0 μg/kg, were 98. 4% - 102. 6%, 97.1%-103.4%, 98.8%-103.7%, 101. 1%-104.2%, the limit of quantity (LOQ) were 0.2, 0.1, 0.2, 0.1 μg/kg, respectively. The Intra-day RSD were less than 4.8%, and Inter-day RSD was less than 3.0%. The UHPLC-MS/MS method is rapid, sensitive, reproducible and suitable for the determination of ABZ and its metabolites
