纳米K2CO3/CaO催化大豆油制备生物柴油
Synthesis of biodiesel catalyzed by K2CO3/CaO nanocatalyst from soybean oil

Abstract
With K2CO3 and nanometer CaCO3 (self-prepared) as raw materials, and K2CO3 dosage of 50%, the K2CO3/CaO solid-base catalyst was prepared by calcination at 750 ℃ for 3 h, which was characterized by XRD,FT-IR and TG-DSC.The catalyst obtained was then used to prepare biodiesel.The result shows that under the optimum conditions that the mass fraction of nanometer K2CO3/CaO is 3%, mole ratio of alcohol to oil is 12: 1,temperature is 70 ℃, reaction time is 1 h, the biodiesel yield comes up to 99.1%, which is featured by high catalytic activity, simple process, no effluents discharge, no corrosion to equipment, short time and less cost.关键词
