硼同位素分离过程中络合剂的气提干燥模型
Stripping drying model of complexing agent in boron isotope separation
摘要
Abstract
In the process of boron isotope separation, the mass fraction of water contained in the raw material anisole can not exceed 30 × 10-6 to eliminate side reaction in the operation system. Nitrogen gas was adopted as drying agent to remove trace water from anisole. The theoretical model of stripper was designed via desorption factor method. The minimum and operating gas-liquid ratio, the stripping rate of component, the composition of column bottom liquid and the dosage of stripping gas were calculated. The software Aspen Plus was used to simulate corresponding stripper. The whole process was verified through experiment. The experimental results show that when gas-liquid ratio is 3.73, water mass fraction in anisole is 29.4 × 10 -6 The feasibility of desorption factor model was verified and desorption factor theoretical model was established.关键词
