摘要

Abstract

[ Objective ] The aim was to provide preference for product development of total flavonoids from buckwheat seedling. [ Method ] The purification of total flavonoids from Buckwheat seedling by AB-8 macroporous resin was investigated. [ Result]The results showed that the optimum colum conditions:the concentration and the current velocity of the original solution were 3.0 g/L,the eluant was 80% ethaol and the eluting velocity was 3.0 BV/h, the consumption of eluant was 4 BV respectively. In this condition, the purity of total flavornes was 77.34%. [ Conclusion] AB-8 macroporous adsorption resin was fit for adsorbing and separating the total flavones from buckwheat seedling.
