从假单胞菌1896中分离到的5个环二肽类化合物
Five Cyclodipeptides Isolated from Pseudomonas sp.1896

Abstract
To explore the chemical components from the fermentation of marine Pseudomonas sp. 1896, five compounds were isolated and purified by column chromatography. The structures of compounds were elucidated by spectroscopic analysis,including 1D, 2D-NMR data and mass-spectrometric analysis. They were identified as cyclo- ( L-pro-L-tyr) ( Ⅰ ) , cyclo- ( D-pro-L-tyr) ( Ⅱ ) , cyclo- ( D-pro-L-val) ( Ⅲ ) ,cyclo- (D-pro-D- trp) ( Ⅳ ) ,cyclo- ( L-pro-D-mct) ( Ⅴ ). The results indicated that marine bacteria could be a promising source of searching leadcr compounds for drug discovery.关键词
