离子膜烧碱生产工艺的优化
Optimization Process in Ionic Membrane Caustic Soda Production

Abstract
To reduce the huge consumption of raw materials and the high energy consumption, the diluted brine to preserve 5 to 50 mg· L-1 free chlorine is removed to salt dissolving through cancellation of sodium sulfite process unit after the dechlorinating tower and sodium hypochlorite unit in the first brine. After equipment innoration in the ionic membrane caustic soda production system, the steady operation of production system is improved and product quality too up to the superior quality of national standard. These innovations provide better online monitoring, improve some technological operations, optimize technological guideposts and autocontrol parameters. To produce 10 000 tons of sodium hydroxide, the consumption of raw materials decreases to sodium sulfite 57. 1%, sodium hypochlorite 18.5%, barium chloride 100% respectively, saving power 1 600 kW·h. The strength of operation and maintenance would decrease efflux sulfate silt 28.6% (drybasis).关键词
