摘要
Abstract
Objective Heart failure patients with heart rate variability and its clinical value. Methods A retrospective analysis in February 2007 ～ February 2010 to 55 cases in our hospital heart failure patients and 20 normal controls of heart rate variability (HRV) to 24h Holter recording, and analysis of information obtained with Hotter the systems. Results The more severe heart failure, average heart rate gradually increased, the HRV indexes decreased gradually, but only the cardiac function Ⅲ and Ⅳ group and control group differences were significant. Conclusion HRV in patients with heart failure analysis to help determine the degree of autonomic nerve damage,in order to provide an important clinical prognostic indicators.关键词
