摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of locking compression plate (LCP)for the treatment of tibial plateau fractures.Methods The clinical data of 36 patients with tibial plateau fractures undergoing operation of LCP between march in 2006 and July in 2009 were collected and analyzed ,The therapeutic effect was evaluated.Resuts All the patients were followed up for 6 to 24 months,averaged 12.5 months, all fractures were recovered by x-ray review,based on the evaluation of Sanders knee joint function standards.The excellent and good rate was 94.5％.Conclusion Locking compression plate is a safe and effective internal fixation materials for tretment of fractures of the tibial plateau.It has advantages of good fixation effect, less injury and better recovery.It is worth to be extended in clinic.关键词
