紫杉醇在二甲基亚砜中的溶解行为
Dissolution Properties of Paclitaxel in Dimethylsulfoxide
摘要
Abstract
The enthalpies of dissolution of paclitaxel in dimethylsulfoxide ( DMSO) was reported. The differential enthalpy(△difHm) and the molar enthalpy (△solHm) were determined, and the relationship between the amount of heat released and the amount of solute was also established. The corresponding kinetic equationthat describes the dissolution process is -7- = 2. 92 × 10-4 × ( 1 - a)100 , and the kinetic parameters areobtained as follows; t1/2 =50.43 min, △solHm =32.67 kJ/mol, and △solSm = -204.93 J/(mol·K). The result not only provides a simple method for the determination of the half-life for drugs, but it can also offer a theoretical reference for the clinical application of paclitaxel using microcalorimeter.关键词
