摘要
Abstract
The small gas-solid reactor close to a mixed flow reactor was studied.It can be used in laboratory studies for gas-solid reaction in complete mixing flow state.The optimal structure of reactor was obtained through computational fluid dynamics ( CFD), which included a conical main body, four inlets at the bottom of the reactor,and one outlet at the upper part of the reactor.The gas was fed from the four injections, and the catalyst fell down in the center zone of reactor in flow process, thus forming a flow mode with gas in level rotating and catalyst in vertical rotating.The investigation on the structural parameters and gas velocity reveals that the reactor can make gas-solid contact approach to complete mixing flow without blender.With simple structure, lower demand for the analysis method, the reactor is especially suitable for reaction kinetics study.关键词
