生血宁治疗儿童缺铁性贫血临床疗效观察

摘要
Abstract
Objective To ohserve the clinical effect of SXN in treating children's IDA. Methods The 102 cases of IDA were randomly divided into two groups including treatment group and control group. 52 cases in treatment group's patients weretreated with SXN ,50 cases in control group's patients were treated with Ferrous Subfate Tablets, both were in normal dosage , for 30days. Results The total effective rate of treatment group and control group were 92. 3％ and 76. 0％ respectively, and they showed significant difference( P ＜ 0. 05) . Conclusion It is effective to treat IDA with SXN, advers reactions less and worthy of clinical application.关键词
