摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the value of low-filed MRI diagnosis of end-plate osteochondritis in lumbar disc degeneration.Methods Low-filed MRI features of 60 cases suffered from end-plate osteochondritis in lumbar disc degeneration were retrospectively analyzed.Results Sixty end-plate with osteochondritis were into 3 type according to Modic classification,77 (56.6 ％ )were Modic type Ⅰ ,45 ( 33.1％ ) were Modic type Ⅱ, 14 ( 10.3％ ) were Modic type Ⅲ.There were 49 cases( 81.7％ ) suffered from multiple end-plate osteochondritis and 11 (18.3％) suffered from single end-plate osteochondritis.End-plate osteochondritis was often located at inferior segment of lumbar spine, the twin side of end-plate affected were the most common.Conclusion The low-field MRI can accurately demonstrate the location , extent and abnormal signal intensities of different phases of end-plate osteochondritis , which was foundations in the treatment planning for lumbar disc degeneration.关键词
