摘要

Abstract

A portable digital oscilloscope which can measure the frequency and amplitude of any <20 MHz signals was designed. In addition, it can conduct real-time display of signal waveform. The oscilloscope is characterized by the digital signal processor TMS320VC33 and the programmable logic device (PLD) EPF10K50V as its core, and adopts OP37 to preprocess the signal which is then collected by A/D chip AD7667 and transmitted to the general processor via the bus line. LJD-ZN-3200K intelligent terminal is adopted to fulfill the interaction between man and the device. It boasts the functions of measuring the periodic signals, continuous or single activation and storage. Also, it displays of the detected signals with no anamorphosis. The test result indicates that the error of the frequency measurement is less than 0. 05% and the error of the signal amplitude is less than 1% .
